Consultation & survey
week 1 · freeWe visit, measure and listen to what the space must achieve and what the budget allows. You receive an honest first estimate.
Concept design & fixed price
weeks 2–3You receive a concept plan and one fixed price broken down into structure, envelope and finishing.
Engineering & permit
weeks 3–11Our engineer checks the foundation and structure. If required, we submit the complete permit file.
Preparation & programme
parallel with step 3Materials, windows and the weekly schedule are prepared, including the days when parts of the home are unavailable.
Construction
average 3–4 weeksOne team works from foundation to finish. We make the new volume weatherproof before opening the existing house.
Handover & guarantee
final weekWe inspect everything together and provide drawings, calculations, guarantees and a written handover record.

Three practical agreements keep construction manageable.
Weatherproof before opening
The existing façade or roof is opened only once the new structure is closed.
Clean at the end of each day
Dust screens, protected routes and a swept site are part of the daily routine.
Friday update
Every Friday you receive photos, progress and the plan for the following week.
